- Orders less than $40 will be charged the regular shipping charge indicated in the list below.
- Free-shipping orders will be shipped via (7-12 business days) shipping. Tracking information will be available 48 hours after the package ships. Note: While some free shipping orders may take up to 12 business days to arrive, most should arrive sooner.
- Orders that use the express shipping, overnight delivery, or 2nd-day shipping methods and are processed by 12 p.m. MT, Monday through Friday, will be shipped the same day. (Contingent upon product availability.)
- U.S. territories, Hawaii, and Alaska are not eligible for free shipping.
Important shipping information
- For shipping addresses in remote locations, actual delivery may take longer than the shipping method indicates. For example, the 2 business day delivery option may actually take up to 3 business days depending on location.
For residential shipping addresses, the overnight delivery by 4:30 p.m. method may arrive after 4:30 p.m.

Weekend Overnight Delivery
Weekend shipping can sometimes be confusing. While Crucial doesn't make guarantees about delivery times, the chart below can help you figure out when you might be able to expect delivery of your order, assuming the part you order is in stock and there are no problems with your credit card.

Note: If you order Thursday afternoon or Friday morning and wish to have your package delivered on Saturday, you must select Priority 1 (Saturday delivery). If you order after noon on Friday, your package probably will not be delivered until Tuesday, even if you select overnight delivery.
Tracking Your Shipment
When Crucial ships your order, we will e-mail you a tracking number that you can use to track your package through UPS or FedEx. Depending on when the delivery company picks up your package at Crucial, this tracking number may not be entered into their system until the next business day. That means if your order is shipped late Friday afternoon or on Saturday, they may not scan your package until Monday, and your tracking number may not work until then.
