Questions about payment options? The Crucial.com/eu Web site offers you a variety of payment options, ranging from traditional credit card orders, to wire transfers or prepayments.
Prices are stated in pounds sterling and do not include
VAT. VAT will be added to your order total, as appropriate, during the order process.
Credit Card Payments
Crucial accepts VISA, MasterCard, and Solo. All credit card transactions are completed over secure connections and are safe and worry-free.
When will my credit card be charged for an order?
Crucial does not charge your credit card until your order ships.
International credit restrictions
Crucial cannot process orders on credit card terms for shipment to certain countries.

Cheque payment instructions
If you are paying by cheque, please note the following:
- Lexar Media accepts cheques in GBP £ and Euros €.
- We cannot accept cheques for prepaid orders over £600/€1000. Prepaid orders over £600/€1000 must be paid by wire transfer.
- Please include a copy of your order confirmation, or write the order number on your cheque.
- Please write your cheque guarantee number on the back of your cheque, and send it to:

- All cheques are authorised by Certegy Limited. Your order will be processed when your cheque is authorised by Certegy. Your cheque must clear within one business day of your order date in order to receive current pricing. (Note: Certegy may share your personal information with a credit reference agency. For more information, call 0870 240 4222 (from the UK) or +44(0) 1214104222 from outside the UK. Certegy will charge you a fee if your cheque is dishonoured.)
- We do not accept Eurocheques.
Net 30 payment
Crucial can only offer net 30 terms to established businesses. If you are a business and meet the requirements outlined below, please fill in and return your signed application. Net 30 applications generally take between 2 to 3 days to process after which time we will contact you with the results of your application.
In addition to the normal terms and conditions of ordering from Crucial as outlined on our application, the following guidelines apply for Net 30 terms. The
Net 30 application (19K Adobe Acrobat File) will be processed only after an order has been placed. Initial orders must be a minimum of £2500/€4000, or prior month-to-date orders must exceed £2500/€4000.
Wire Transfer Instructions
Orders prepaid by wire transfer will be shipped as soon as the payment is received. Your order will be cancelled if we do not receive your payment within 10 business days.
In choosing wire transfer as your payment method, your bank will charge you a fee to process your wire. Please add this amount to the cost of your memory order. Not calculating this cost could delay or possibly cancel your order.

As a division of Micron Europe, Limited., Lexar Media is required to collect UK VAT (15% of the total order cost, including shipping charges) on all applicable orders. If your company is within the EU, but outwith the UK and you have a VAT Certificate, you are eligible for zero-rated VAT transactions. Orders to locations outwith the EU are not liable for UK VAT but may be liable for local duties and customs clearance charges in the country of receipt.
